Question 1

What counts as a lead?

Accepted Answer

A lead is one submitted estimate — a visitor who built a price, filled in their contact details, and hit submit. Browsing, playing with the calculator, or abandoning the form costs you nothing against your limit.

Question 2

What happens when I hit my monthly lead limit?

Accepted Answer

Your calculator keeps working — visitors still see estimates, so your website never looks broken. New lead submissions are paused until your limit resets at the start of your next billing month, or instantly if you upgrade.

Question 3

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are no contracts; cancel from your dashboard in two clicks and you keep access through the end of your paid period. If you cancel an annual plan, it simply doesn't renew.

Question 4

Does the free plan expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Free is a real plan, not a trial — one estimator, three leads a month, forever. Plenty of small operations run on it for months before their lead volume argues for Growth.

Question 5

What happens to leads over my quota — are they lost?

Accepted Answer

Submissions attempted past your quota aren't captured, which is why we alert you as you approach the limit. Upgrading takes effect immediately, and your existing leads are never deleted regardless of plan.

Question 6

Do you take a cut of the jobs I book?

Accepted Answer

No. You pay the flat subscription and nothing else — no per-lead fees, no commission, no marketplace games. The leads come from your website and belong to you.
